You must have the completed Sale Entry Form, Transfer Application, Original Certificate, & High Resolution Photo.
Entry Deadline is: February 27, 2026. Consignment fee will not be refunded if the animal is pulled from the sale.
All consignment fees must be paid by February 27, 2026.
Fees
The Consignment Fee is $350 per head.
(Commission: 8% participating sellers, 15% for non-participating sellers, 8% for PO’s)

The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale will be hosting the sale. I hereby authorize The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale to sell my animals. I do not hold The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale, or its authorized representatives, responsible for any loss of health, loss of life, loss by theft or other perils, and The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale assumes no responsibility or liability for any guarantee made by consignor. “The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale” are not responsible for the health or safety of any animal at the sale and futurity. All consignors must comply with all rules and regulations. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the “The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale” and duly authorized representatives from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action or liabilities of any nature which may arise from or are in any way related to The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale. The undersigned agrees that if the buyer is unable to accept delivery because of Interstate health requirements, the consignor, nor The Midwest Affiliate Longhorn Sale shall be responsible for refund or adjustment.
